its Been less then 48hrs and the sword already wore the scabbard down from that cheese grader piece between the swords and guard and now it doesn’t stay in scabbard so looks like I’m going to have to jam electrical Tape in there which kind of sucks paying that much for a sword and having to ghetto rig. Now in no way t say anything about how it was crafted it’s just unfortunately a piece that looks cool isn’t always a piece that's practical when building a sword. So I just found out otherwise this would be five stars UPDATE NO IT CANT BE TAKEN APART LIKE A REAL SWORD it took an extreme amount of force to get the handle of and an insane amount of force to get it back on i couldn't even get the pegs back in and it had enough lubricant from the blood on my hands from slicing it open trying to get the handle back on not even getting it off its like glued shut wtf man update so after finally getting the handle off properly I checked the metal underneath it and it is insanely hard would not scratch or even take the laser and grading which is pretty impressive just don’t understand why the handle is so hard to takeoff now it’s popping in and out easily but the sheath is still rigid from the sword handle chewing it up every time I open and close it. So after doing some research I found out that Displayed is not only fully functional but it is probably the best blade you’re going to find on Amazon because they did stay true to the old smithing Waze and this thing is not only short but it keeps an edge even when cutting bamboo mats which is a a sign of a quality blade and the brass on it took a pretty hard hit the concrete and did not chip dent or scratch and the sheath is a weapon in itself because it is wrapped completely around in brass so 5 stars not to mention it’s heavy you can easily knock some one out with just the handle I accidentally tapped my eye lightly and got a shiner the only thing I’ is the habaki but I bought a replacement update 2 the blade isn’t even signed which is conserning
