【MATERIAL】Our sword's blade is made of clay tempered damascus folded steel. This Tsuba is made of alloy. The Saya are made of real hard wood with lacquer, the Tsuka (Handle) is made of Genuine Ray Skin (Samegawa), wrapped with synthetic cord rope outside,the Kashira, Fuchi, Habaki and Seppa of the sword are made of yellow pure copper.

【PRODUCTION PROCESS】This sword is superbly crafted. The blade is forged and polished repeatedly with traditional unique techniques folded over 10 times to increase the flexibility and hardness of the blade.All the steps including material selection, forge, quenching, polishing and grinding and final assembly are finished manually. The handle and blade are fixed by two bamboo nails. the blade will not fall off the handle in any situation.
