HANDMADE COOKWARE La Chamba Cookware is made by residents of La Chamba in Central Colombia. Each oven roaster pan is crafted from local clays and fired in a traditional manner at the end of the process for lasting toughness and character.
VARIETY OF SIZES Our Medium Pans are 10" x 9" x 2". (Measurements don’t include handles.) Because our roasting pan is handmade, dimensions are approximate and the actual size may vary. The decision on what size to buy can be based on how much food you normally cook in a particular pan.
